I add that I have not tried to build it, I'll try a few tens of minutes the next weekend, however, seems to help a little 'to bring the light of the flash close to the small subject and from 2 different sources ... which helps a lot with shadows.

Update: I've built and see it is not too bad ... just mounted on my 70-300 macro I find myself at 1 meter from the subject and so instead of bringing light ... does not do a damn thing. :-(
In the meantime I found a progettino even more beautiful and attractive to a diffuser-style ring-flash , but I'm sure that I do not even cimenterò construction. ;-)
