Hello Raphael,
I read about a year on your blog with great pleasure, I always found interesting and helpful articles.
I am passionate about aquarium for 15 years, but I have a bit neglected negli'ultimi years this passion!
I recently spent a 45lt with inside white sand, several roots and a couple of anubias in good health!
As there are still fish in it I wanted to ask some advice on what to enter, keeping in mind that I would like to have inside
some sort of "interesting" in terms of behavior.
Having spent too many years since the aquarium are dubious about which way to go.

Thank you for your attention and congratulations again.

Mark

Hello Mark, and welcome back to the aquarium world! :-)
As you've seen I like your 2 tanks of 40 liters, so I am made several arguments and some espererienze direct your aquarium with these measures.
If you care more than the behavior of the colors, in 45 liters will recommend the most likeable Neolamprologus multifasciatus, the small African cichlids conchigliofili. With them you can not go wrong, they are very easy to keep well and to play. The only "defect" is that if we tolerate each other very well, creating a community, you can not put 45 liters in other species, if not a couple of ancistrus. I've just given away all, otherwise you I would send someone, however, are not difficult to find.

Otherwise if you attract more of the softest water and keep South America, the beautiful Apistogramma trifasciata to hold together at 4-5 characins, or else you can buy eggs Killifish, schiuderle and attempting to play in your turn, some have incredible colors ...

And there are other possibilities, for sure ... what you have thought up to now? Maybe we can even compare some of your ideas! ;-)
